Every Ready to Press DTF transfer is printed to order in our Devon studio, so there is no warehouse pick and no third-party supplier in the middle. Here is what to expect once you place an order.
Processing Time
Orders are printed, checked and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Large trade and wholesale runs may take slightly longer, and we will always tell you in advance if that is the case. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address and the service you choose. Prices on this website are shown excluding VAT, and any VAT due is added at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days depending on the service selected. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is selected, your dispatch email will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at dtf@readytopressdtf.co.uk straight away with your order number and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly.
Delays, Lost and Damaged Parcels
Occasionally a parcel is delayed or damaged in transit, which is outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
